Bibliospace «Library for students»

On September 16, an event was held in the library for first-year students of the Department of Law and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Vitebsk branch of the International University «MITSO».
During the event, students got acquainted with the work of the public center for legal information and its resources, which can be useful to them throughout their studies at the university.
Yulia Dirko, a specialist of the Regional Center for Legal Information of the Vitebsk Region, spoke about the state information and legal resources of the NCZPI of the Republic of Belarus and conducted training on working in the IPS «ETALON».
As part of the bibliospace, an information hour «The Power of Unity» was held, timed to coincide with the Day of National Unity.
Deputy Director of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region Tatyana Buevich spoke to the students, telling them about the reunification of Western Belarus and the BSSR, which took place on September 17, 1939, and showed unique newsreel footage from the funds of the Belarusian State Archives of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents.
