The «When Miracles Come» New Year's program, organized for visitors to the rehabilitation and habilitation departments of the Zheleznodorozhny Social Services Center in Vitebsk, took place at the library on December 23.

The festive atmosphere combined warmth, joy, and creativity. All the program's numbers were prepared by the participants themselves — talented individuals who demonstrated their abilities with passion and enthusiasm.

Members of the Galant Club of the Belarusian Society of the Deaf, a public association, participated in the event. Their sign language performances were a highlight of the evening. The artistic performances were accompanied by funny skits and humorous scenes, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

The festive program demonstrated the importance of creating an accessible and welcoming environment for people with disabilities. Such events not only provide positive emotions but also promote social integration and strengthen the ideas of tolerance and mutual understanding.
