On May, 2 the meeting with Valerian Matskevich, delegate of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly, chairman of Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Union of Veterans of the War in Afghanistan, took place for library stuff in Vitebsk Regional Library.

The event focused on the topics of strengthening national unity and sovereignty, the main directions of domestic and foreign policy, the National Security Concept and the Military Doctrine.
