The project «A competent Consumer: Choosing Quality»

On March 28, as a part of the Republican plan of events for the Year of Quality in 2024 the project «A competent Consumer: Choosing Quality» was launched in the library.
The first participant of the project was the largest organization in Vitebsk region for providing household services, JSC «World of Services Plus». Mikhail Maksimov, Deputy Director for Social and Economic Issues, and Olga Ulasevich, Leading Specialist for Consumer Relations of the Plan-industrial Department, talked about the history of the enterprise, services provided, requirements to the staff, loyalty programs, consumer rights and additional guarantees for some services.
Besides that, the guests paid attention of residents and city guests to new projects, which have already been launched or are planned in the near future, as well as shared the plans of the company for the future. The meeting ended with answers to questions from the audience.
