105 years since the establishment of the Civil Registry Offices of the Republic of Belarus

On December, 14 the library held a solemn meeting dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the establishment of the civil registry offices.
The event was organized by the Main Department of Justice of Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
The opening of the exhibition of the traditional wedding costumes and attributes «Wreath of the bride» by Vitebsk Regional Methodological Center of Folk Art was held within the event, which will be exhibited till December, 26.
