The Public Center of Legal Information has prepared an information digest «Legal regulation of notary activity in the Republic of Belarus» from the series «Business Advisor».
The publication presents regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus and articles from journals, as well as information revealing the functions of the notary and notary activity of the Republic of Belarus and changes in legislation on notarial activities.
The information digest is addressed to students, postgraduates and teachers of law schools, notaries, practicing lawyers and specialists interested in issues of notarization and notarial activity.
