On September 28, as a part of the library project «Music for Everyone» a lecture of Alexander Ivanov «What Music Tells Us About», dedicated to the creative power of art took place in the library.
Real music heals and refreshes the soul and can change not only the mental, but also the physical state of a person. Works by Johann Sebastian Bach (Allemande and aria from the French Suite No. 2, in C minor), Pyotr Tchaikovsky (pieces «May. White Nights» and «August. Harvest» from the piano cycle «The Seasons») and Sergei Rachmaninoff (Prelude in G Minor) were performed by composer during the event.
