On July 23, the library hosted the master class titled «Art Therapy using the neurographic method», which was conducted by the psychologist-practitioner Julia Shapovalova.
The participants of the master class learned a simple but very effective drawing technique that helps to establish work with subconsciousness, so that internal conflicts are turned into positive emotions.
