The Department «Public Centre of Legal Information» has prepared an annotated bibliography list «Banking Law of the Republic of Belarus».
The banking system is one of the important components of the financial and credit system of the state. It has a huge impact on the life of society, as well as on the state as a whole.
On the bibliography list, there are laws and regulations, books, articles from periodicals on the banking system, banking legislation, banking practices, etc.
The bibliography list is directed to students, postgraduates, and teachers of law schools. Lawyers, senior managers and executives, chief accountants, bank employees will also make use of it.
