Vitebsk regional library won the national contest for the best cultural project on patriotic themes

On February 10, a final republican board of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus was held in the Belarusian State Museum where the winners of the republican contest for the best cultural project on the patriotic theme were awarded.
The project of the Vitebsk regional library «Liberation of Vitebsk Region. 1943-1944» was the winner in the nomination «The best interactive library project on patriotic topics».
The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus Anatoliy Markevich handed the diploma to the director of Vitebsk regional library Tatyana Adamyan.
The multimedia project was prepared on the basis of documentary sources from the funds of Vitebsk Regional Library. It has information from encyclopedic and reference books, archival and cartographic documents, and articles about the heroes of the Great Victory previously published in the periodicals.
