Dialogue platform «Discussion of the draft amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus»

On January 5 the library hosted a dialogue platform of the activists of the organizational structures of public associations and political parties of Vitebsk where people discussed the draft changes and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.

The main organizer of the dialogue platform was the chair of the coordinating council of the organizational structures of public associations and political parties of Vitebsk, chair of the Vitebsk City Council of Veterans Larisa Olenskaya.

The event was attended by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies and Vitebsk regional organization «Belaya Rus» Vladimir Terentiev, chairman of the Vitebsk City Council of Deputies Vladimir Belevich, Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee Viktor Glushin, the Head of ideological work and youth affairs of Vitebsk City Executive Committee Natalia Sokolova, director of Vitebsk branch of the International «MITSO» University Alexander Dedinkin.

The Chairman of Vitebsk city organization of the public association «Belarusian Union of Women» Natalia Kultenko, the Chairman of the Commission for the Commemoration of Defenders of the Fatherland and Victims of Wars of Vitebsk Regional Council of Veterans Larisa Brueva and other participants of the dialogue platform also expressed their view.
