Awarding of the Participants of the Exhibition «See With a Heart, Hear With a Soul»

On December 10, within the framework of the library project «Together!» an award ceremony was held for the participants of the exhibition of arts and crafts of people with visual disabilities «See with a heart, hear with a soul».
The chairman of the Vitebsk regional organization of the public association «BelTIZ» Konstantin Lamchanovsky awarded the participants of the exhibition with diplomas and cash prizes.
Songs were performed by Lyudmila Selivanova and Ulyana Rudenya. Visually impaired people are those who have found the strength to live, work, create and be a source of optimism for others.
