«Union State» Magazine

«Union State» is a monthly socio-political publication that focuses on Belarus and Russia, two countries connected by historical, economic, spiritual, and familial ties.
The Autonomous Non-Profit Organization «Institute of Economic Strategies» offers library users access to electronic editions of «Union State» magazine for review.
The magazine was established in March 2006 at the initiative of P. Borodin, the State Secretary of the Union State of Russia and Belarus. Its first issue was published in April 2006 to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia. From its inception, the magazine has enjoyed political support from the leaders of both countries. The founders include the Permanent Committee of the Union State and the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia.
The magazine traditionally covers a broad range of topics related to the development of Union integration, such as youth policy, industrial cooperation, joint scientific research, cultural exchange, humanitarian projects, cooperation among women entrepreneurs, and other relevant areas of Belarusian-Russian partnership.
Issues of the magazine will be available on the library's website in the «Resources» section, under «Electronic systems and bases».
