The Vitebsk Region: Documentary Heritage

The Vitebsk region is a region with the richest historical and cultural traditions. Our aim is to gather this information and to preserve for posterity the memory, history and culture of their Motherland.
We are offering our readers the electronic collection of quantized documents where one can find rare local history publications about the Vitebsk region of the XIXth – the beginning of the XXth centuries. The National Library of Belarus has assisted in preparing this resource.
The access to the electronic collection for the users of the Vitebsk regional library is available in the department of local history literature and bibliography.
