On May 10, as a part of a conversation circle «Wise advice of nature» the meeting with the candidate of pharmaceutical sciences, associate professor of VSMU Natalya Lapova took place in the library.

On May 6, the staff of the department of economic, technical and agricultural literature led a discussion and prepared a multimedia presentation entitled «The Earth is in danger» for the 1st «A» form of secondary school № 2 in Vitebsk.

On February 20, in the Department of Economic, Technical and Agricultural Literature, an information session and multimedia presentation «What Is Money?» were held for the students of the 2nd «B» grade of the Secondary School No. 18 within the framework of the project «School of Financial Literacy for Children».

On the event the staff of legal information and electronic resources department discussed with the children their right to health and some aspects of the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On the Rights of the Child».

A regular meeting with a notary, organized for library readers by the department of legal information and electronic resources, took place on April, 18.

On March 21, an individual consultation on notarial issues was held in the regional library. The Department of Legal Information and Electronic Resources organized for readers a meeting with a notary Maya Gren.

On November 16, an individual consultation on notarial issues (registration of inheritance, making a will and donation of property, etc.) took place in the library.

On March 2, free legal advice on notarial issues (registration of inheritance, sales and purchase agreements, agreements on children and alimony payments) took place in the «Public Center of Legal Information».

On December 13, an individual consultation on notarial issues (registration of inheritance, purchase and sales agreements, property division, etc.) took place in the department «Public Center for Legal Information».
