Department of marketing and social and cultural activities is a structural unit, whose work is aimed at creating and maintaining a positive image of the library, the popularization of library and information resources and services to attract users.
MAIN TASKS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT
operative information about library activities, promotion of library products, information resources and services for the purpose of book and reading popularization;
establishment and development of public relations, partners, mass media; strengthening and development of interaction and cooperation with creative teams, cultural and educational institutions, public associations, organizations and enterprises for the implementation of joint projects;
coordination of activities of library's departments on organization and carrying out of social and cultural events, exhibitions, PR-actions;
information filling of the sections of the official website of the library;
promotion of the library's activities in social networks;
оrganization of advertising and publishing activities, development, creation and distribution of promotional and image materials about the activities of the library;
art design of library exhibitions, development of design of library and bibliographic publications;
organization of guided tours around the library;
study and introduction in practice of innovative experience of libraries on the organization of social and cultural and marketing activities;
conducting surveys and questionnaires among library users.
