Start of the project «Success Laboratory: from idea to business»

On March 19, within the framework of the national plan of measures for the Year of Quality in 2024, the new project «Success Laboratory: from idea to business» started in the library.

It is a series of meetings for senior students of Vitebsk secondary schools with successful entrepreneurs, businessmen and heads of various enterprises and city organizations.

The first open dialogue meeting was organized for students of Vitebsk secondary school No. 11 of Vitebsk named after M. M. Bakhtin with representatives of the unitary enterprise Vitebskoblgaz. The event was attended by Vladislav Kuntsevich, Deputy General Director for Security, Regime and Personnel, and Yulia Golyas, Legal Advisor of the Legal and Personnel Work Department of the administrative apparatus.

The guests introduced the high school students to the work of the enterprise and talked about their life path: from what they started, how they came to the sphere and to their position, what exactly helped in their career.

Vladislav Kuntsevich drew attention to the high level of quality of the gas industry of Vitebsk region, which is characterized by safety, environmental friendliness, innovation and technology.

Yulia Golyas, who is a member of the Youth Council of UE «Vitebskoblgas», gave the high school students important recommendations that not only good specialists but also creative people are valued at the enterprise. The management comprehensively supports creative initiatives of the employees, who are open to the widest opportunities and prospects of personal growth.

UE «Vitebskoblgas» is a team of like-minded people who fulfill the production tasks and purposefully move towards a common goal. And every high school student has an opportunity to become a member of this team if he decides to strive for professional knowledge and is ready to constantly learn new things. There is a job for every interested graduate not only of specialized educational institutions.

Vitebsk regional library became a platform for personal communication of teenagers with accomplished professionals. Schoolchildren asked questions about target directions from the enterprise, professional and career opportunities, employment options and salary.

Such meetings are necessary for high school students to decide on their future profession, to form an informed motivation and to determine the direction of their professional development. More meetings at the library are on the horizon!
