The Lesson of Information Literacy «Internet Safety for Children»

On January 30, an information culture lesson «Internet Safety for Children» dedicated for World Safe Internet Day, took place for participants of the children's club «Pravoznayka».
The guys discussed issues related to the rules of responsible and safe behavior on the Internet, the principles of polite communication on social networks and careful handling of other people's personal data.
The librarians designed the book exhibition «Get to know the Internet!» and prepared a thematic quiz for the event. The participants of the event got acquainted with the electronic presentation «What is the Internet Safety?» and watched a cartoon from the Fixies series «Fixies Tips. Be careful on the Internet».
At the end of the meeting, each participant received a bookmark with Internet safety rules.
