On March 14, on the eve of the Constitution Day a legal talk «Constitution. Man. State» for students of MITSO took place in the library.
A new stage of development of the Belarusian statehood is connected with the adoption of amendments and additions to the Fundamental Law by the Republican referendum on February 27, 2022. It reflects constitutional-legal reference points and ways of state-legal building in modern conditions and directions of further development.
The expert of the Regional Centre of Legal Information of Vitebsk region Dmitriy Kucherenko introduced to the students the functioning of the state system of legal information.
The head of the First Vitebsk notary office and the notary of the Vitebsk notarial district Natalya Tsarenko talked about the peculiarities of making separate types of notarial acts and the innovations in the activity of notaries in the interaction with the state bodies.
The Head of Retail Sales Department of Belagroprombank Natalya Byshneva introduced the constitutional basics of the banking law.
