On February 27, a press conference «Libraries of Belarus: Modern Approaches and Achievements» was held at the House of Press (Minsk).
The Deputy Director for the main work of Vitebsk Regional Library Olga Komendantova took part in the online conference.
She told about the implementation of the library project «Touching» for creation tactile polysensory handmade books for children with visual impairments.
