On February 7, the department of periodicals donated literature printed in Braille to the rehabilitation department of the visually impaired to the State Institution of social services «Vitebsk Boarding School for the Elderly and Disabled».
Braille is a tactile writing system used by people who are visually impaired. They are reading with fingers.
The library staff gave about 60 copies of magazines printed in this font to the Department of Rehabilitation of the Visually Impaired.
