Presentation of the book by Alina Grishkevich titled «Women's Fates are the Fate of the United Belarus»

On January 23, the library held a presentation of the book titled «Women's Fates are the Fate of the United Belarus» written by a journalist, BelTA's commentator for covering the activities of the President of the Republic of Belarus, writer, honoured worker of culture of the Republic of Belarus Alina Grishkevich.

It is very symbolic, that the first presentation of the book «Women's Fates are the Fate of the United Belarus» was held in Vitebsk in the main library of the region. The book begins with the story about the Chairperson of the National Assembly Natalya Kachanova from Polotsk.

With good wishes and sincere congratulations performed the distinguished guests of the event: the Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Vyacheslav Durnov and the Head of the Department of Culture of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Pyotr Podgursky.

Alina Grishkevich told about the work on the book and its characters, among which there is another representative of Vitebsk region Lyudmila Roslik, who is a deputy chief medical officer of the Vitebsk Regional Clinical Maternity Hospital. She was the first to receive a book with the inscription from the author.

The representatives of the Regional Executive Committee Vyacheslav Durnov and Pyotr Podgursky, director of the Vitebsk Regional library Tatyana Adamyan and the chief doctor of the Vitebsk Regional Clinical Maternity Hospital Elena Leonovich were gifted with new books.
