Information hour «Founder of good, creed of the people»

On May 19, within the framework of the target complex program «Living Word of Spiritual Wisdom», an information hour «Founder of good, creed of the people», dedicated to the Day of Slavic Writing and Culture took place in the library.
This day in Belarus is celebrated as a state-church holiday in honor of Saints Cyril and Methodius.
The event was attended by the pro-rector of educational work of the Vitebsk Theological Seminary Priest Dionisy Andreev, students of the Vitebsk Theological Seminary, a member of the Vitebsk Regional Branch of the Union of Belarusian Writers Elena Fedyaeva and the musical group «Kovcheg».
The staff of the general reading room prepared an exhibition at which were presented facsimile books from the library's fund.
