Opening of the exhibition «Women's Portrait»

On March 17, as a part of the project «World of Book. The world of creativity» the exhibition of creative works «Women's Portrait» of pupils of the Vitebsk City Center for Additional Education of Children and Youth (Department of Fine Arts) was opened in the library.

The exhibition presents the works of pupils from the club «Miracle Country».

Young artists have tried to embody different images of a woman in their paintings. Children of 6-8 years old depicted the dearest person on the Earth - Mom, the students of the second year painted famous women of different professions - writers, cosmonauts, scientists, artists, and the elder children tried to copy portraits of painters of P. Renoir, P. Rubens, I. Kramskoi and others.

The staff of Vitebsk City Center for Additional Education of Children and Youth Olga Kuryanovich (Methodist of the Fine Art Department) and Valentina Artemenko (teacher of «Miracle Country» club) greeted all the participants.

The exhibition is open until March 28. We invite everyone.
