The Department of Public Legal Information offers you an information digest «Innovations in Civil Procedure».

Civil procedure is one of the foundational branches of law, as it provides most of the material norms enshrined in civil, family, labor, housing, administrative and other branches of law.

The digest introduces the changes in the civil procedural legislation of the Republic of Belarus, which have occurred in connection with the coming into force of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 17, 2020 No. 45-З «On amendments to the Code».
