Dedication-evening «He accepted the pain of war with his heart»

On November 25, in the library, as part of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the staff of the common reading room held a literary evening «He took the pain of war with his heart», timed to the 105th anniversary of the birth of an outstanding cultural figure, talented prose writer, poet, playwright and publicist Konstantin Mikhailovich Simonov.
The meeting was accompanied by demonstrating of documentaries and poetry readings by popular film actors.
A book exhibition dedicated to the life and career of K. Simonov was prepared in the evening.
