On October 22, a meeting of chiefs and specialists of ideological activity departments, culture and youth affairs, as well as heads of cultural institutions of the region with Anatoly Linevich – presidential aide of Vitebsk Region, took place in the library. Also, at the meeting present the head of Cultural department of Vitebsk regional executive committee – Petr Podgursky.

During the constructive dialogue, raised topical issues of the cultural institutions functioning, employees' wages, optimization of ideological and information work in collectives. Announced the possible ways to solve the current problems, the main directions for the near future.
