The winners of the regional award «Person of the Year in Vitebsk Region-2019» are named.

Adanyan-TTatyana Adamyan, Director of Vitebsk Regional Library, was awarded the honorary title «Person of the Year in the Vitebsk Region» for the year 2019 in the nomination «Social Sphere (social protection of the population, culture, education, science, sports, healthcare, youth)».
