On September 12, within the framework of the Library Day celebrations, the staff members of the Department of Economic, Technical and Agricultural Literature conducted an informative and bibliographic lesson «The Library Is a Center of Preservation of Book Monuments, Rare and Valuable Publications», prepared a presentation of rare and valuable publications from the funds of Vitebsk Regional Library named after V.
