On December 7, within the framework of the library project «Reflection», the opening of an art exhibition of the art critic and artist Mikhail Tsybulsky «Fleeting impressions. Etudes» (painting) took place.

The artists I. Khitko and V. Volnov, the chairlady of the regional branch of the Belarusian Union of Artists S. Barankovskaya, the art critic A. Lisov, the Vitebsk poet V. Popkovich came to congratulate Mikhail Leonidovich.
