On the 16th of November the Department of Economic, Technical and Agricultural Literature set up a meeting with Marina Tsaplina, a manager at the Retail Business Center of the Branch №200 of the Vitebsk Regional Department of OAO «ASB Belarusbank».

During the meeting the guest answered the questions, explained the details of the upcoming national currency denomination and told about the latest innovations in customer service, changes in the terms and conditions of deposits and evolution of the system of remote bank service.

The employees of the library set up an exhibition «Financial Awareness of the Population».
