Regional Seminar for the Directors of City and Regional Public Libraries

On the 22nd of April at Regional Library the seminar «Public Library: new opportunities and development priorities» for the directors of city and regional public libraries of Vitebsk region took place. The participants of the conference summed up the library network of the Ministry of Culture for 2013, announced priorities and challenges of library practice and its connection with the library education.

During the seminar a round table was organized named «Library Information Resources: problems of creation and accessibility».
